Convicted upskirter, sex offender and former Humboldt court mediator in jail again, scheduled release in June

 

After the last hearing, convicted upskirter, sex offender and former Humboldt court mediator Joe Hale was out of options. Mendocino Judge Ann Moorman made it very clear no excuses and no more continuances.

Hale was booked today into the jail today and his scheduled release is June 22, 2024 unless Hale and his public defender try some stunt to get him released earlier again. I was the only one to cover the three hearings on the DA's motion to recommit Hale to jail and have him finish his jail sentence.
