On 4/17, County of Humboldt request for a workplace restraining order against Kathleen Marcotulli was granted. This signed order expires October 20, 2026.
Marcotulli was a no show. Commissioner Sarah Kaber acting as temporary judge made a disclosure that Marcotulli attempted to make ex parte communication with her. Commisioner Kaber did not read any of the messages and did not disqualify herself on the case. My previous post has the court documents and details of why the County filed this petition.
This is the second workplace restraining order granted for threatening County of Humboldt employees. The first one was against Aunna Bollman. Deputy County Counsel Thomas Chapin appeared for the County on both cases.
