Kreis signs dismissal of County of Humboldt lawsuit against former Deputy County Counsel Cathie Childs

 

There was no hearing today in Humboldt County vs former Deputy County Counsel Cathie Childs because the settlement agreement was finalized, the complaint against Childs was dismissed and the preliminary injunction was terminated after ousted Gregory Kreis signed an order yesterday. Childs has to return materials to the County and each side has to pay their own legal costs and fees.
