Within seconds, HCSO court bailiff and deputies had the situation under control

Around 1:48 on the second floor of the courthouse,several HCSO deputies were running down the hallway. I did not want to interfere with whatever situation was occuring. By the time I got to where they were headed, it looked like they were escorting a defendant from Courtroom 2.

There was another situation with an out of custody defendant and one of his companions two weeks ago. Again, court bailiffs and deputies handled it by speaking with very belligerent men who flaunted courtroom rules clearly posted. Despite efforts to bait by the punks, the two deputies kept their calm. The two could have been detained, fined, spent in jail instead two of the three deputies who also are court bailiffs chose to give them a warning and spoke with them.
