Jeon Durr arrested for attempted murder, false imprisonment, battery and domestic violence

 


Jeon Luke Durr was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 236 false imprisonment, PC 243(d) battery causing great boldily injury, PC 664/187(a) attempted murder and PC 273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.

The DA charged Durr with PC 664/187 (a), PC 273.5 (a), PC 236 and PC 243 (d). Arraignment is on 2/5.

2/5: At arraignment, Conflict Counsel appointed, no bail, criminal protective order is filed and served on Durr in court. OR/bail on 2/7; preliminary hearing on 2/15.





2/7: Motion for release denied by Judge Lawrence Killoran due to concerns for public safety. No bail status remains.


2/15:  Motion to amend complaint granted.
Torture charge added, subpoenaed records from St. Joe given to DA. Preliminary hearing continued to 3/27 by defense.







3/27: Preliminary hearing continued defense to 5/2.
