All those resources and publicity cleaning out this area in 2022 and this is what it looks like again

The Humboldt County Office of Education allowed this mess to pile up and  did nothing until this area was cleaned out by New Directions and EPD in September 2022. And now the same mess.

I saw it within days and I would occasionally see one or two people walking through but it has not been this bad. This was taken at 11:48 today. I couldn't even walk on the sidewalk and had to step out on the road and avoid incoming traffic.
