No Deputy District Attorney should have ever endorsed incumbent scandal ridden Judge Gregory Kreis to begin with but finally with the CJP report and what he said about Deputy DA Carolyn Schaffer, I am glad to see many of the Deputy DA names no longer on Kreis' endorsement list. For those who finally removed their names, you read my blog daily, I wrote about everything that is in the CJP report for 4 years and you chose to endorse that POS because of your biases, personal feelings and egos. You all couldn't even look me in the eye at the courthouse. I have covered your cases and made you household names and I know you appreciate the work I do; then you should have trusted me.
The only ones remaining are former Humboldt Deputy DA Jessica Acosta and former Humboldt County Public Defender and currently Deputy DA Andy Truitt. I could care less about Truitt who is a former PD and switched where he works for career and other reasons I know but won't put out on the blog. If you talk about it openly on the second floor of the Courthouse in front of me, then you obviously don't care if anyone hears what you are saying.
Maybe more endorsements to disappear and if they do, I will probably add them to this post. To certain law enforcement names on that list and to the Eureka Councilmember I spoke with, you need to look within your soul. To those attorneys who are Jewish and endorsing Kreis, it is your choice to remain on that list.
The defense bar, the attorneys and the money behind Kreis got him appointed in 2017. You might as well have flushed money down a toilet. You all wanted to wrest control of the Humboldt Superior Court and keep those pleas and deals and bank accounts flush; instead you all messed up big time. Should have picked a better puppet than Dumboldt Superior Court's little Napolean. You all have no political acumen or you would have dumped him by now. You live in a small town and you should be judged by the company you keep. You lost control of your minion and let Kreis run rampant.
