Alleged molestor Benjamin Pesch comes from a well known local family. On 2/24/24, Pesch was finally sentenced.
The court minutes state execution of sentence suspended and Pesch placed on two years probation. Court minutes also state jail time imposed but it is SWAP eligible with 5 day custody credits. Pesch has to register for lifetime registration as a sex offender The commit to jail date is 4/27/24.
According to my last two posts, entered a conditional plea on November 7. He pleaded guilty PC 288 (c) (1) with execution of sentence suspended. Pesch had to agree to this to resolve his case because this means "he cannot wipe this off his record." He also had to agree to lifetime sex offender registration to resolve his case.
4/27: Pesch was booked into the jail.
