Aunna Sophia Bollman was arrested again yesterday by Fortuna Police Department on a Ramey warrant for PC 422 criminal threats, PC 148(a)(1) resisting arrest and PC 166(c)(1) violating a court order. She posted bond.
I emailed both Fortuna Police Chief Casey Day and Humboldt Deputy Counsel Thomas Chapin.
Mr.Chapin responded right away, "I believe it was for violation of the Civil Harassment restraining order. Threatening Supervisor Arroyo. She may also have violated Fortuna’s RO but I have no information on that."
Chief Day is out of town for training at the FBI National Academy in Virginia but he got back to me and I forwarded my request to Lt. Matt Eberhardt. He never responded. I contacted Chief Day again on 2/15.
She already has two civil restraining orders granted against her, one requested from the County of Humboldt and one from the City of Fortuna. She has two criminal cases pending. Trial setting in the two criminal cases was continued to 2/28 because defense intends to file motion for mental health diversion.
