Aunna Bollman was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 368 (b)(1) elder abuse. She already has two restraining orders, two 2023 criminal cases pending. Two new 2024 cases have been filed against her. One for alleged criminal threats to Teri Waterhouse and another one for willful disobedience of a court order; arrest warrants were issued yesterday for those cases. EPD PIO Laura Montagna said Bollman was arrested on a warrant from a previous incident.
2/22: CR2400516 criminal threats case. On 2/20 arraigned, bail $25,000. On 2/22 failure to appear bench warrant held until preliminary hearing on 2/28.
CR2400515 Disobedience of court order, bail $10,000 bench warrant held until pre trial on 2/28
CR2400526 Assault and elder abuse case, bail $25,000 bench warrant held until preliminary hearing on 2/28
CR2400458 Criminal threats,, wilful disobedience of court order, annoying or harassing telephone calls and resisting an officer case, bail $65,000, bench warrant held until preliminary hearing on 2/28
Conflict Counsel is representing her now according to court minutes on all four 2024 cases, no explaination in e court why it is not Public Defender. The two 2023 cases still show PD.
2/28: After this post, two cases had different dates added and backdated showing Conflict Counsel is now representing Bollman. All cases were continued to 4/17. Still nothing filed on mental health diversion.
