The City of Eureka filed a Statement of Non-Opposition to the Wiyot Tribe’s Motion to Dismiss today. The City of Eureka also received Citizens for a Better Eureka's Opposition to the Motion, filed today. Both filings confirmed by City of Eureka attorney Autumn Luna. As previously reported, the hearing on the Wiyot Tribe's motion to dismiss is scheduled for 3/11.
I am not adding the entire CBE opposition document. There are two declarations that were also filed with this document.
