Wiyot Tribe files motion to dismiss CBE lawsuit against City of Eureka

Hearing on this motion is scheduled for 3/11. I contacted the City of Eureka and CBE spokesperson Gail Rymer. 

City of Eureka Attorney Autumn Luna confirmed, "Yes, we did get service of the Wiyot Tribe’s motion to dismiss. Because this is ongoing litigation to which the City is a party, the City does not have a comment at this time."

Ms. Rymer will be giving me a response. CBE attorney Bradley Johnson is unavailable until next week.
