Judge Phong Wang's ruling in Duke and Angus trial is not surprising

Following this trial against Duke and Angus and observing how California deals with complaints against Judges and attorneys; I already expected this ruling from Judge Phong Wang.

A few excerpts do not explain the 45 page ruling and and it is available for anyone who wants to read it.

The Magney case got national coverage. This one ruling does not cover the entire history of what happened in the Magney case.
