LOCO's non story about "scam" and this one comment says it all

 

According to LOCO's own reporting, "apparently it worked well enough to reroute at least one or two payments — so we heard, at any rate."

So LOCO "heard" one or two employees were affected. Details about the scam were scant. Why?  Did their "confidential tipster not have details/ more evidence, was the "tipster" too busy except to drop an agenda based tip. They got a "confidential tip", gee I wonder from whom? 

HCSO has time to waste and investigate something that was remedied (according to LOCO's reporting) and affected maybe one or two employees while violent and property crimes are rampant in Humboldt?

LOCO sure seems to be somebody's recent go to media choice  in the attempt to get rid of Humboldt Auditor Controller Paz Dominguez 🤔 She isn't the only one who needs to be voted out and gone from the County.

LOCO made a whole story about a scam which hardly generated any reader interest. There was this one comment and it says a lot. I documented it in case it gets deleted. 

Humboldt has a lot of issues, including many County screwups which affect thousands. LOCO won't touch those. Why?

After this post, LOCO did an update despite a second comment that there were emails and the bank not responding.

LOCO doubles down and again, quotes one "anonymous" employee who filed a complaint with the labor union. She requested anonymity. If she filed a complaint, she isnt anonymous. If this employee is contradicting what other employees are saying and there is an investigation using taxpayer dollars; then the public deserves to know if who she is and her position and if she is connected to anyone on the Board of Supervisors, Sheriff administration, DHHS.  

Crickets from the Tulubats, the Humboldt Heraldos, the hypocritical left about LOCO's sudden support of  Rex, the Sheriff and others in this Auditor Controller situation. LOCO trying to defend their non story based on one employee? Who cares about one disgruntled employee who provides zero evidence that can be verified? Provide a redacted complaint if she wants to be anonymous.

Just like the about face from the left about Virginia Bass and silence about TS' giving Matt Owen a pulpit. 

All the above are the same nasty, weak fuckers and tools for the status quo in this town who smeared, lied and tried to discredit me (and others) and do it  anonymously. You stay silent because you are cowards and hypocrites. 

Heraldo, Humboldt Consequential are defunct. No one reads the Tulubat. Other local media are losing and have lost readers and viewers by the droves because people are not stupid. In the digital age, people have options.

People read what matters to them and impacts their lives not some agenda based bs from politicians who have shown by their repeated actions that they do not care about people's livelihoods or businesses or the 99 per cent. Many local people and businesses are struggling financially. The government, this Governor, the CA EDD and agencies have screwed over many people.

No one cares about one disgruntled employee whining about her paycheck which was remedied faster than others still suffering due to COVID 19 impacts and government inefficiency. County employees got paid through COVID 19; private and self employed people did not.
