There was a trial confirmation hearing scheduled today for Jason Miller aka "Crow" which was continued to tomorrow. Miller has another case and today Ms. Andrea Sullivan was also court appointed to represent him on the second case.
Miller allegedly assaulted Mark Dare, the convicted molestor at the Humboldt County jail. Dare is in prison so why file the complaint now?
I don't know of any other Mark Dare with the same middle name in Humboldt County. I could care less if disgusting, vile, unrepetant abuser Dare was assaulted and besides the charge in complaint, there are no details. I wouldn't believe anything Dare says so let's see what evidence the DA has for this second case. Miller is facing homicide charges; the assault charge is not going to make any difference.
Miller is charged with the murder of Kiera Lynn Foley. Ms. Andrea Sullivan was court appointed to represent him. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor.
Preliminary hearing for the homicide case is scheduled for January 31.
