Opera Alley homicide suspect, Connor Whited, is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon in another case for PC 242, battery. Whited is in custody so it isnt exactly rocket science who he allegedly assaulted.

12/8: Trial setting +drs report continued by defense to 12/15; orders made. Trial setting + dr's report continued to 1/13/21. Pre-trial in new case on the same day. There was a conflict. Deputy Conflict Counsel April Van Dyke is no longer Whited's attorney. Mr. Joe Judge was court appointed to represent Whited on both cases.
1/13/21: No report receivedd from Dr. Renouf but trial dates were set. Trial confirmation and status of Dr's report is on 6/9/22; jury trial is scheduled for 8/22/22.
