Preliminary hearing for Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn" was scheduled on August 3. He is charged with one count of vandalism with damages totaling $3,875.
Mr. Patrik Griego is Hedrick's attorney. At defense request, the preliminary hearing was continued to August 3. Hedrick wants to be personally present.
There have been discussions regarding resolving the case. Mr. Griego had reached out to Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees via emails and had not heard back.
The case is scheduled for September 1 to see if it will resolve.
