Wesley Starritt waives custody credits to be placed on probation

Wesley Starritt's sentencing was continued to October 2. Starritt had resolved his assault case for probation but at the last hearing, his detainer from Los Angeles threw a monkey wrench into his plea.



Starritt waived custody credits to be placed on probation ; he had 950 actual days. Probation was extended to four years instead of three.
