HUMCPR sues Humboldt County Board of Supervisors and Planning Director

On October 4, on behalf of HUMCPR and HUMCPR affiliates, Harland Law Firm's Ms. Allison Jackson filed  and served Humboldt County a Verified Petition for Writ of Mandate and Injunctive Relief.

The irony is that Ms.Jackson gives the Board a chance to avoid litigation, they ignore her repeatedly. Magney vs the County cost them a million dollars. They have lost to HUM CPR before.

In all the recent coverage of Jeffrey Blanck vs the County, the other media ignores what his legal advice cost the taxpayers.
