One of my favorite attorneys and an excellent one, Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett, is leaving Humboldt County. Her last day is this Friday.
Ms. Bennett told me that she loves her job, her co workers and Humboldt County. She is moving to Southern California and going into private practice.
I wish her the very best.
