Eureka Townhouse Hospitality attorney not present for court

In the Candice Knight vs Eureka Townhouse Hospitality case, the scheduled events changed,yet again.

Today a motion to dismiss the appeal was not heard because it was not properly served. Attorney for Eureka Townhouse was not present.

Now, depositions, responses , motion to continue the trial are scheduled on October 18. Motion to continue to be heard on October 28.
Readiness conference scheduled for November 15; Court trial on November 18.
