Despite issues with discovery, Connor Whited preliminary confirmed

Intervention was scheduled on this afternoon for Connor Whited. Preliminary hearing scheduled for November 4 was confirmed despite issues with discovery.

I checked with EPD and Keiling's toxicology results are not back, yet.

Whited is charged with the murder of Brett Keiling and a special allegation that he used a deadly weapon; a club.
