Trial setting for Clayton Lasinski was scheduled this morning. Further setting was scheduled on June 24 at the request of Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner.
Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal did not object as long as time continued to be waived.
Mr. Leohner told Judge Feeney that defense was doing "ongoing investigation." A defense expert witness is not available until late August. Depending on the investigation, dates and expert witness schedule need to be coordinated.
