Cory Fisher was at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville. He is now at the California Healthcare Facility in Stockton.
This morning, there was a hearing scheduled to make sure Fisher had "no weapons to relinquish." Deputy Conflict Counsel R. J. Leohner told Visiting Judge Ksenia"Kay" Tsenin that a report stating that Fisher did not have any weapons registered or in his possession had been filed May 16.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads was in court for the People.
