US Attorney William McSwain filed a lawsuit Tuesday in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against private,non-profit corporation Safehouse and its executive director, Jeanette Bowles. The lawsuit is to block the opening of supervised opiod injection sites in Philadelphia.
"Normalizing the use of deadly drugs like heroin and fentanyl is not the answer to solving the opioid epidemic," said McSwain.
