Local attorney Ken Bareilles' motion to suppress evidence states search warrant was based on unconstitutionally obtained information
Local attorney Ken Bareilles motion to suppress in his misdemeanor case was continued today to March 25. The case was sent from Courtroom Two to Courtroom 3 this morning. Due to the lengthy calendar, the date was rescheduled. The Fish and Game Warden is on vacation for three weeks.
In his motion, Mr. Bareilles says that the search warrant was based on unconstitutionally obtained information. Charges listed below.
