The litigation discussed at Arcata City Council meeting in closed session was by Charmaine Lawson

I put in a public records records request regarding the threat of litigation against the City of Arcata which was discussed during closed session on November 27, 2018. Received a response today.

The litigation discussed is the April 13, 2018 claim by Charmaine Lawson against the City of Arcata.

I am not posting the entire 13 pages of the claim.
