Intervention was scheduled for Aaron Hooven on November 27, it was continued to December 3. Preliminary hearing was confirmed for December 5.
Then a last minute motion to continue was filed December 4; over objection of the District Attorney's office, another motion to continue was granted today by Judge Timothy Canning.
Intervention is scheduled for January 9. Preliminary hearing for January 14.
Hooven bailed out October 16. He is out of custody, so instead of continuances, confirming, why not set a realistic date?
