Debris cleanup for Butte, Ventura and LA county fires will cost at least $3 billion

Debris cleanup for last month’s wildfires in Butte, Ventura and Los Angeles counties will cost at least $3 billion, according to Mark Ghilarducci, director of California Office of Emergency Services.
