Sentencing for John Beideman is scheduled for December 14. This morning, the District Attorney's motion to continue the sentencing to 9:15 a.m. (instead of 8:30) was granted. The DA requested the time change due to family schedule.
Beideman entered a no contest plea to
continuous sexual abuse of a minor on November 16 for a stipulated term of 16 years in prison.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Beideman is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton.
