6:32 p.m. BOLO over scanner, Jorden Allen Sterling who lured victim under false pretenses, fled before officer's arrival.
Sterling has a felony warrant out and has a parole violation.
I hear the description of two others with Sterling, one male, one white f
female. Law enforcement looking for white Chevy Malibu.
Same guy from the Cummings Road incident.
