Motion to dismiss filed in former correctional deputy Cory Fisher's alleged molestation case
On April 30, former Correctional Deputy Cory Fisher's attorney filed an order shortening time for a motion to be heard on May 3 at 10:15.
Fisher has been charged with alleged molestation and inappropriate behavior and there are six alleged minor male victims in his case.
