Clayton Lasinski was sent back to Humboldt yesterday and is at the local jail. A hearing regarding certificate of mental competency hearing is scheduled this morning.
Lasinski is now deemed competent to stand trial. Time was not waived. Trial confirmation is June 19. Jury trial was set for July 2.
Lasinski is now clean shaven.
