Change of plea for James Pawlyk was scheduled for April 11. He did not accept the People's offer. Deputy District Attorney Josh Rosenfeld said the offer by the People is "off the table."
Intervention is set for April 18. Preliminary set for April 23.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo appeared in court for his colleague, Ms. Brie Bennett today.
