Jury selection has been going on this week for Jacob Silverman's jury trial. April 10 was Day 3 of the Jury trial.
On April 11, criminal proceedings were suspended. This morning a doctor was appointed to evaluate Silverman.
Last year Silverman fought his own attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton.Silverman disagreed with Mr. Clanton and felt he was competent to stand trial.
Deputy District Attorney Trent Timm is prosecuting this case. Mr. Russ Clanton is representing Silverman.
