"Kade didn't have to take Savannah's ashes home and have them tested by airport security so they know it wasn't a bomb."

Tamara Kindred,  Savannah's mother, commented how hard it was for her to speak after listening to Kendra's mom.
She said, "no matter how thoughtful and eloquent we are, there is no way to convey what Savannah and Kendra's loss means to us."

Ms. Kindred talked about getting the phone call in the middle of the night in Montana. On her way to California, she found out her daughter was brain dead.

"I have not only been robbed of my daughter but of my joy in life."

"My mom duties now include suicide prevention," speaking of how her other children have been affected by Savannah's death.

"Today is about Kade's future. How lucky he is to have a future."

"I have not heard sorry. There have been no reimbursements." Ms. Kindred said medical bills and other expenses are "over a million dollars."

"Kade didn't have to take Savannah's ashes home and have them tested by airport security so they know it wasn't a bomb."
