Preliminary hearing for Harry Nuneviller was scheduled for October 4. Instead the case was resolved this morning. Nuneviller plead to second degree burglary.
Nuneviller is charged with two felonies in his most recent case. Count 1 is Burglary. Count 2 is Grand theft of a firearm. Alleged victim in both cases is Jessica Ann Kennedy.
There are also two cases for alleged violation of probation, one from 2015 and one from 2016.
He has a previous conviction for a DUI in 2010; he plead guilty. In 2016, he plead guilty to a misdemeanor, driving on a suspended/revoked license. On 7/18/17, he failed to appear for a pre trial conference and had a bench warrant was issued.
