Dates remain set for now for Harry Nuneviller's preliminary but defense and DA are "talking" and have different offers for resolution

Harry Nuneviller had an intervention hearing scheduled on October 2 at 9:45 in Courtroom 5. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 4.



Dates remain set," for now" but Deputy District Attorney Luke Bernthal and Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek Reavis are talking to see if a resolution is possible.

The People want Nuneviller to plead to Count 1. The defense offer is a dismissal of the new case or plea to tresspassing. " I don't think the People will go for that," said Mr. Reavis. Deputy DA agreed that offer is not acceptable to the People.
