Creeper's preliminary hearing for most recent arrest scheduled for Monday

Intervention was scheduled on September 7 for Creeper aka Anthony Burgess. Preliminary is scheduled for September 11 at 9:15 a.m.


Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling is prosecuting the case. The Public Defender's  was appointed to represent him.

      He is actually a local. You haven't heard of the Burgess family, Anthony, Christopher, Majorie?
