Nick Johnson enters guilty pleas; sentencing set for October 19


Nickolas Johnson had a change of plea scheduled this morning. He entered his guilty pleas. Sentencing is on October 19 at 8:30 a.m..

In the most recent 2017 , he was remanded into custody. No bail. He plead guilty to Counts 1 attempted murder and Count 2 2 assault with a semi automatic firearm. Admitted violation of PC12022.53., which was the special allegation for Count 1.

In the 2017 case,  where he was charged with possession of drugs in jail; the case was dismissed as a part of the plea.

In one 2015 case, he admitted to violation of probation.

In the case, where he is charged with the murder of David Ganfield, he admitted to violation of PC12022  (b) 1. Plead to second degree murder. Count 2 was dismissed.

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was present for the People. Mr. Neal Sanders is reresenting Johnson.
