Attorney General charges Nickolas Johnson with attempted murder and assault with semi automatic firearm in new case


Nickolas Johnson is going to be charged in a new case with the counts above by the Attorney General. The details of the complaint are not available in public records, yet.


Johnson  is scheduled to enter a change of plea tomorrow  in a previous case where he is charged with the murder of David Ganfield. The plea offer is second degree murder; 15 years to life.

The Humboldt County case is being prosecuted by Deputy DA Roger Rees. Johnson is represented by Mr. Neal Sanders.

Johnson's co-defendant in the Ganfield case, Jonas Semore, has already been convicted of murder.
