Status of motion for new trial and setting of sentencing for convicted molestor Mark Dare was continued to January 27. It was continued, yet again by Mr. Russ Clanton, to draft and file a memo.

Tulare County District Attorney Tim Ward is calling out California Governor Gavin Newsom for his inaction on the release of a convicted murderer who sexually assaulted and tortured a black minor.
 

CDAA files amicus brief in lawsuit against LA District Attorney

 


The California District Attorneys Association (CDAA) announced today that it filed an amicus brief in Los Angeles County Superior Court supporting a lawsuit filed by the Los Angeles Association of Deputy District Attorneys (ADDA) against Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón.

Tip leads to arrest of attempted murder suspect Byron Titus, Jr


On Jan. 25, 2021, at about 9 p.m., the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received information that wanted attempted murder suspect Byron Dean Titus Jr., age 29 of Hoopa, was outside a business on the 3300 block of Broadway Street in Eureka.

Brandon Straka, the founder of "#WalkAway," was arrested yesterday in Nebraska in connection with the U.S Capitol riots. He also spoke at a "Stop the Steal" rally in D.C. on January 5.

Man from California arrested for stealing documents from Mitch McConnell's desk

Tommy Frederick Allan, from Rocklin California, is charged with stealing documents from Senator MitchMcConnell which included a letter from Trump. This was just today. 

Chong Her bail increased to 1 million, 185, 000 and he was remanded into custody

 


Judge Timothy Canning denied the demurrer for kidnapping and domestic violence suspect Chong Her this morning. Arraignment on the second amended complaint was completed.
