Pre trial protective order granted by Utah Court Judge Graf for Erika Kirk, Robinson remains on no bail until Sept 29

Tyler Robinson's first court appearance just concluded a couple of minutes ago. Utah Court Judge Tony Graf has been assigned to the case.

Pre trial protective order granted by Utah Court Judge Tony Graf for Erika Kirk, Robinson remains on no bail until Sept 29 which is the next hearing which will also be remote and is a waiver hearing. More details will be on my blog shortly.

Salt Lake City criminal defense attorney Greg Skordas made an appearance just for today and  told Judge Graf the "County is working to get counsel assigned."

Mr. Skordas made a reference to Rule 16 of the Utah Criminal Procedure. Here is a link to the "within five days rule" reference for those not familiar with details.
