Another loser in Eureka, screaming at night while families and working people try to sleep; same problem areas and houses. People screaming somewhere between the 300 block of Hillsdale and Clark again.
This has been going on since my last post on August 17.

9:38: Male voice, "My name is Kyle Edgar Harris. Call the cops. You will have to spend the night at...Fuck you."
9:44 p.m. A woman, "what did I do?"
The guy had been yelling, went on and on for 25 minutes before I called EPD and is still screaming. I am not going to document all his monotonous rantings. Based on the conversation, I called the Eureka Police non emergency number, gave them the location and requested when an officer was available, if they could check on the woman and the ruckus "Kyle" was causing.
It is bad enough he is drunk but his vocabulary consists of only one word, "Fuck." Maybe he is reacting to the sound of his nasally voice which is annoying as "fuck." He obviously doesn't have a job and dgaf that others do and need to sleep.
10:22: EPD must have arrived because "Kyle" finally stopped saying, "Fuck."
4:44 p.m. 9/1/25 Same drunk who claimed to "Kyle Edgar Harris" is screaming again. Called a woman the "C" word, screamed he is gay and "sucks cock and told someone "I will never work for you again." Whoever is renting to him or inviting him over needs to address this habitual neighborhood nuisance. He is throwing things around, screaming the "C" word at the woman.
I called EPD at 9:50 p.m. on 8/26 about this guy.
I called them again on 9/1 at 4:49 p.m. The officer was supposed to call me back so I don't have an apartment number yet but it is the Public Housing on the corner of Clark & E. This is the first time an EPD officer has not called me back. I left a message on 9/2 for the officer and nothing. The lack of follow up is being looked into by EPD brass. I cannot follow up with the Housing Authority if I do not have complete information.
This neighborhood is usually quiet. Want to drink, go ahead. That does not give you the right to be inconsiderate, belligerent, cuss and disturb others on a holiday weekend for hours where people can hear you blocks away. Last time, I was concerned about the woman. She is part of the problem. She can make bad decisions but her poor choices affects others. All around and closer to the nuisance locations are families with young kids. Not one man in this neighborhood could tell "Kyle" to pipe down.
When I first moved back into this neighborhood, I was warned EPD is at that location; often.
9/8/25: This is not a call I made but between a few blocks on Hillsdale and Clark, the same people, every weekend and sometimes during the week are the problem.
I confirmed with EPD and the last response was to 1112 E street which is the public housing project. After this post, the man has been quiet.
