Once again, Hillsdale near E and the public housing near Clark and C result in EPD response

Since 12:30 a.m. today, once again, what would be a 415 police code near Hillsdale near E and the public housing near Clark and C resulted in a response from Eureka Police Department.

Just got off the phone with EPD dispatch. I called the non emergency number. A few people had called and I could see and hear one of my neighbors on the phone while I was on hold. Drunk idiots keeping others up at night, fighting, screaming,  then yelling obscenities and insults when warned that EPD would be called. I don't think those causing issues should be yelling at others saying they live in "tweaker houses" or telling law abiding citizens to just shut their windows because they have been on a drunken binge and been an issue for the past three nights. 

While I was on the phone with EPD, I could hear a drunk man, sounded young, arguing with someone, "You want to hold my baby."

They sure shut up when EPD arrived. The people pictured in the car in the second photo just happened to be there when I tried to take photos of the two different locations. Don't know if they were involved.

The one house on Hillsdale had issues all evening and night. And has been an issue this week and weekend. I have not posted photos of the specific areas and properties where the problems are.

This has been the third night in a row where inconsiderate morons and entitled punks who cannot handle alcohol and make other poor choices have disturbed the peace. Based on the regular ongoings day and night, do these selfish people have jobs?

The problem is landlords and property owners who refuse to enforce rules and want to collect a rent check while absolving all responsibility for the problems they create due to their greed. Idgaf about your "investment" when your shitty business practices cost public resources, affect my health and my ability and others to make a living.
