On 8/4, there was a motion hearing to enforce in the People of the State of California vs St. Joseph. It was continued by stipulation.
On 8/4/25, the motion to withdraw as counsel by attorneys representing St. Joe's was granted by Judge Canning. Since my last post, several documents were filed including a declaration by Santa Rosa Diocese Bishop Robert Vasa in support of motion to modify. He is one of the most conservative U.S. bishops.
On 8/29, there is a hearing on the motion to modify e stipulation and a hearing on the motion to enforce stipulation & order.
