Forcible rape suspect Jose Granados was arraigned on 8/19 on one count of PC 261 (a) (2) rape by force, violence or fear. Humboldt Presiding Judge Kelly Neel set bail at $75,000 bail and appointed the Public Defender's office.
On 8/21, at his OR bail, supervised release was granted Retired Judge Christopher Wilson. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8/28.
8/28/25: Preliminary hearing continued by defense to 11/20.
11/20/25: Preliminary hearing continued by defense to 1/13/26.
