Courthouse evacuated due to fire alarm not tsunami warning

 

I was in the building when the alarms went off on the ground floor, heading out the 4th street entrance. 

Courthouse not evacuated due to tsunami warning. Someone tripped fire alarm on third floor. 

3:08 Employees told to go through security and return to work.
