Trevor Bohn was charged with two DUI counts and special allegation that BAC was 0.15 percent or more. At trial confirmation last Friday, Bohn pleaded guilty to all charges before his jury trial.
Judge Lawrence Killoran sentenced Bohn to 5 days in jail with credit for 1 day served and three years probations. Fines and other conditions are in the court minutes.
The 2/20 date was vacated. Bohn's commit to jail date is 3/16.
