On Dec. 11, 2022, at about 1:12 a.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a business on Halibut Avenue in King Salmon for the report of a possible burglary in progress.
Deputies arrived at the business and observed evidence of forced entry into the building. During a search of the business, deputies located 38-year-old Alvin James Fogleman hiding inside. Fogleman was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of approximately .45 grams of suspected fentanyl.
Fogleman was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of burglary (PC 459/461(b)), vandalism (PC 594(b)(1)), possession of a narcotic controlled substance (HS 11350(a)) and violation of probation (PC 1203.2(a)(2)).
